from here out, it doesn't look like i'll be going to any more conventions. i had been planning to hit up a few more in the maryland-virginia-DC area, but it looks like due to money and work conflicts i won't likely be making any of them. that doesn't, however, mean i'm done costuming and photographing.

furfright, october 16-18th, waterbury, CT

while i won't be able to attend, *professorhojo will be going with a good friend of ours in my stead. i will be finishing his medic costume for it, complete with bonesaw. i do still have a good bit yet to do, but if anyone wants, i can post WIPs as i work. when i do finish, naturally there will be some photos taken, and they will be posted here when they are.

dethklok and mastodon, october 31st, patriot centre, fairfax, VA

halloween night dethklok concert? how can i possibly resist! i'll be hitting that after work with *professorhojo and my kid brother, and seeing as how it's dethklok and halloween, we'll definitely be made up for the occasion. i will be reprising my toki wartooth costume, possibly with zombie make-up, my brother will be dressing as nathan explosion, possibly with zombie make-up, and *professorhojo will be going as season 2 finalé charles ofdensen. there will, of course, be photos of this as well, especially in the event we meet anyone of particular significance.

future plans

everything above and beyond this is really hazy. i do plan to have my own tf2 costumes for next year, but i'm rather torn who i would prefer to do. i have collected a suit to use for spy, and it is currently my 'thinspiration' for next year. i've been doing pretty well on my goals, so with luck, i'll be able to do red spy at some point. in the event that i become that thin, red scout is also a possibility. *professorhojo and i have discussed the possibility of red sniper but i'm not entirely sure i will do that at any point. i will be fixing up von karma before the next time i wear him, redoing the hem on the left side of the jacket and making the vest i ran out of time for. i do want to also fix the wig up some more before next time. i am still planning to do golf toki at some point, likely as a sunday costume and am about half-done with knitting the sweatervest. i may or may not end up getting a proper wig for toki before halloween, but definitely by the time i wear golf toki.

outside of that, nothing is planned. it all depends on time and money, as usual.
